Schwandorf surgery

In our surgery we provide the complete portfolio of gynaecological preventive check-ups that are covered by statutory health insurance. We also offer important further medical services that are not covered by health plans and need to be paid for by the patient.

For pregnant women we offer the complete range of prenatal diagnosis including 3 and 4 D ultrasound, detection of congenital anomalies, first trimester screening and NT measurement, as well as foetal echo-cardiography. We carry out planned caesarean births in our perinatal centre in Amberg. In addition to hormonal and menstrual evaluation and sterility therapies, we also carry out in-house outpatient chemotherapy and surgery. If a stay in hospital is necessary, we accompany our patients as affiliated doctors in Burglengenfeld Hospital and as consultants in Amberg Hospital..

Blood pressure measurement, swab from cervix and bi-manual examination

From the age of 30:

From the age of 50:

+ scanning of breast and lymph nodes
+ digital examination of rectum
+ annual stool test (from the age of 50 to 55)

From the age of 58:

Blood pressure measurement, swab from cervix and bi-manual scan check
+ manual examination of breast and lymph nodes
+ rectal examination
+ coloscopy 2 times within 10 years or stool test every 2 years
