- Prenatal courses with partner evening (ongoing course every Monday, 6-7 pm, location: Hebammenpraxis im Städtedreieck in Maxhütte-Haidhof, Regensburger Str. 48a)
- Acupuncture in preparation of giving birth
- Care during breech births
- Aqua-fitness during pregnancy (Information and registration via VHS im Städtedreieck)
After birth:
- Postpartum care at home (also after outpatient births)
- Postnatal exercise classes (ongoing courses every Monday, 7.15 - 8.15 pm, location: Hebammenpraxis im Städtedreieck)
- Baby swimming (Information and registration via VHS im Städtedreieck)
- Baby massage (Information and registration via VHS im Städtedreieck)
- Baby club (every first Monday of a month, 9:30 – 11, location: Hebammenpraxis im Städtedreieck)

- Since January 1995 freelance midwife at Gynaecological Surgery Dr. Kunze/Dr. Honeymeyer/Dr. Bartsch in Nabburg and midwife at St. Marien Hospital in Amberg
- Since April 2007 freelance midwife at Gynaecological Surgery Dieter Erlbeck/Dr. Aedtner/Dr. Lermann in Burglengenfeld und Nabburg and midwife at Burglengenfeld Hospital
